Universitatea din Bucuresti intenționează să achiziționeze lucrari pentru reabilitarea si cresterea performantei energetice, cu scopul obținerii reducerii consumului de energie pentru încălzire, comparativ cu consumul anual de energie pentru încălzire înainte de renovarea clădirii, ceea ce va conduce la o creștere semnificativă a economiilor de energie primară în comparație cu starea anterioară renovării. Achiziția se va realiza din finanțarea proiectului "Reabilitarea și creșterea performanței energetice pentru căminele studențești G3 - G4 din Campusul studențesc Măgurele", cod e-PNRR 295827334, acordată Beneficiarului de către Ministerul Educatiei, în cadrul apelului Modernizarea infrastructurii universitare pentru un spațiu academic echitabil, prin PNRR, Pilonul VI. Politici pentru noua generație, Componenta C15: Educație, Investiția 17. Asigurarea infrastructurii universitare (cămine, cantine, spații de recreere și lectură).
