Achizitia de serviciilor de spălătorie si curatatorie uscata INVENTAR MOALE, UNIFORME si LAVETE conform caiet de sarcini. LOT 1 : A) Lenjerie uscata aflata in dotarea spitalului. Cantitate minima pe acord cadru = 720000 kg, Cantitate maxima pe acord cadru = 1080000 kg Cantitate minima pe contract subsecvent = 30000 kg, Cantitate maxima pe contract subsecvent = 45000 kg B) UNIFORME si LAVETE Cantitate minima pe acord cadru = 132000 buc Cantitate maxima pe acord cadru = 168000 buc Cantitate minima pe contract subsecvent = 66000 buc Cantitate maxima pe contract subsecvent = 84000 buc LOT 2 SALTELE DE PAT SPITAL Cantitate minima pe acord cadru = 18000 kg Cantitate maxima pe acord cadru = 36000 kg Cantitate minima pe contract subsecvent = 9000 kg Cantitate maxima pe contract subsecvent = 18000 kg Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in a 21-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Frecvența contractelor subsecvente este semestrial/anual, în functie de fondurile alocate cu aceasta destinatie. LOT 1 : A) Lenjerie uscata aflata in dotarea spitalului.
