Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor; Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME CARE AR PUTEA FACE OBIECTUL UNUI SINGUR CONTRACT SUBSECVENT SI CELE AFERENTE ACORDULUI CADRU SE REGASESC IN IN CADRUL CAIETULUI DE SARCINI . LOCUL PRINCIPAL DE LIVRARE SPITALUL JUDETEAN DE URGENTA DR CONSTANTIN ANDREOIU STR GAGENI NR 100 LABORATOR ANALIZE MEDICALE / MAGAZIE . Autoritatea contractanta va atribui contractele de achizitie publica subsecvente acordului cadru in cascada , numai cu respectarea conditiilor tehnice si financiare stabilite in acordul cadru respectiv .De fiecare data cand intentioneaza sa atribuie un contract de achizitie publica subsecvent unui acord cadru autoritatea contractanta se va consulta , cu operatorul economic aflat in prima pozitie din clasament , solicitandu-i acestuia , in functie de necesitati , completarea ofertei .In cazul in care operatorul economic aflat in prima pozitie din clasament nu poate furniza intreaga cantitate de produse necesara si/sau nu poate respecta termenele de livrare , atunci autoritatea contractanta are dreptul de a transmite solicitare in vederea atribuirii contractului subsecvent celui de-al doilea operator economic aflat in clasamentul intocmit in baza preturilor ofertate pentru lotul respectiv . Se va proceda in consecinta si daca cel de-al doilea operator nu poate furniza intreaga cantitate de produse necesara si / sau nu poate respecta termenele de livrare trimitandu-se solicitare in vederea atribuirii contractului subsecvent celui de-al treilea operator cu care autoritatea contractanata a incheiat acord cadru .
