Description

Necesitatea asigurarii unor conditii corespunzatoare de munca pentru personalul angajat dar si a unor conditii optime de spitalizare pentru pacientii internati in Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii „Sf.Maria” Iasi presupune achizitionarea de servicii de spalatorie a inventarului moale pentru unitati sanitare prin procedura de „licitatie deschisa” online intr-o singura etapa (cu incheierea unui acord-cadru cu trei operatori economici) pentru o perioada de 1 an (12 luni)-referat de necesitate-nr.7411/03.03.2025 si nota de fundamentare nr. 7410/03.03.2025). Complexitatea contractului/acordului-cadru=redusa. Intrucat alocarea resurselor financiare este intr-o oarecare masura variabila, se considera oportun incheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de maxim 12 luni cu trei operatori economici. Acordul-cadru de servicii se incheie cu fiecare din cei trei operatori economici declarati castigatori (in conditiile in care exista trei operatori economici). Acordul-cadru de servicii de spalatorie a inventarului moale pentru unitati sanitare va inceta in momentul in care lucrarile din Contractul de lucrari 617/10.01.2025 incheiat cu S.C. PHI EMC PRO S.R.L. avand ca obiect Proiectare si executie Lucrari-„EXTINDERE INSTALATIE ELECTRICA CORP B, ET.1 - SECTIA RADIOLOGIE SI CORP A PARTER-SECTIA UPU, BUCATARIE SI SPALATORIE, CONECTAREA LA UTILITATI A ECHIPAMENTELOR” se vor executa. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, in a 12-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari /informatiilor suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit antementionat. Valoarea minima estimata a achizitiei este de 210.000,00 ron fara TVA, Valoarea maxima estimata a achizitiei este de 2.520.000,00 ron fara TVA Procedura se va finaliza cu incheierea unui Acord-Cadru pe o perioada de 12 luni cu trei operatori economici. Acordul-cadru de servicii de spalatorie a inventarului moale pentru unitati sanitare va inceta in momentul in care lucrarile din Contractul de lucrari 617/10.01.2025 incheiat cu S.C.
