Servicii de scanare documente de plată arhivate, respectiv prelucrarea documentelor arhivistice existente, prin scanare și indexarea datelor, activități desfășurate de Prestator, care cuprind următoarele: (desfacerea filelor din unitățile arhivistice existente, scanarea filelor, indexarea acestora, relocarea filelor în ordinea existentă în unitatea arhivistică înainte de desfacere potrivit numerotării existențe, legarea și resigilarea unițății arhivistice). Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitate maximă estimată acord cadru 1.200,000 pagini, valoare maximă acord cadru 1.560.000,00 lei; Cantitate minimă estimată acord cadru 120.000 pagini, valoare maximă acord cadru 156.000,00 lei; Cantitate estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent 120.000 pagini, valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent 150.000,00 lei; Cantitate estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent 12.000 pagini, valoarea estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent 15.000,00 lei.
