Description

Obiectul procedurii il constituie achizitia de Servicii de modernizare și reparații ponton acostare PA 1669, in conformitate cu cerintele din caietul de sarcini - Sectiunea II a documentatiei de atribuire. Termenul limita pana la care se primesc de la potentialii ofertanti solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: a 20-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu art. 29 alin.3 din Anexa la HG nr. 394/2016, Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul mentionat anterior. Servicii de modernizare și reparații ponton acostare PA 1669, care este o navă fluvială nepropulsată utilizată ca ponton de acostare la cheu în port Bechet. Pe puntea principală sunt dispuse în pupa și prova două structuri în care se găsesc: cabina de locuit pentru doi marinari, bucătărie, baia și cabina tehnică pentru utilități. Energia electrică este asigurată de la rețeaua terestră a portului sau de la grupul electrogene tip ESE 17 kVA/400V amplasat pe puntea navei (sistem AAR). Pontonul este fixat la mal prin intermediul a doi scondrii metalici și sârme de legătură la bintele locului de acostare, iar accesul la navă se realizează pe pasarela metalică.
