Entitatea contractantă va încheia un acord cadru de prestări servicii ce va avea ca obiect: „Servicii de reparatii ale navelor aflate în dotarea CN APDM SA Galați” pe perioadă de 36 luni, conform Caietului de sarcini nr. 384/SIPE/01.07.2026. C.N. APDM S.A. Galati are in dotare nave propulsate, nave speciale, nave nepropulsate, pasarele de acces si scondri. Toate navele sunt supuse certificarii tehnice periodice, inspectiilor tehnice cu ridicarea navei pe uscat si inspectiilor tehnice anuale in conformitate cu prevederile - Cerintelor tehnice de navigatie interioara, Normelor tehnice privind clasificarea si constructia navelor de navigatie interioara si Normelor tehnice suplimentare stabilite de Autoritatea Navala Romana. Autoritatea competenta din Romania care efectueaza inspectiile tehnice la constructiile navale de navigatie interioara este Autoritatea Navala Romana si elibereaza certificate tehnice/comunitare de navigatie noi, dar poate prelungi certificatele cu pana la 36 de luni daca sunt indeplinite anumite cerinte ANR. Servicii de reparații nave conform caiet de sarcini atașat.
