Reparaţii capitale locomotive LDH 1250 CP, conform caietului de sarcini nr. 4349/ELCFU/06.08.2025. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturos solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunerea a ofertelor: 18. Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului cadru este de 3.300.000 lei fără TVA. Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului cadru este de 2.200.134 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1.100.142 lei fără TVA. Cantitatea minimă şi maximă pentru atribuirea acordului - cadru este următoarea: - cantitatea minimă - 1 reparaţie - cantitatea maximă - 3 reparaţii. Cantitatea minimă şi maximă pentru atribuirea unui contract subsecvent este următoarea: - cantitatea minimă - 1 reparaţie - cantitatea maximă - 2 reparaţii. Frecvenţa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente este de 6 luni.
