Description

Servicii de reparare si intretinere a echipamentului medical si chirurgical utilizat in toate sectiile spitalului. Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Conform art.2.3.10 din AC Durata poate fi prelungita prin act-aditional, cu acordul partilor, cu maxim 12 luni, conform art. 221 alin. 1, litera a), Legea 98/2016 actualizata. NOTA: Cerințele tehnice definite la nivelul caietului de sarcini ,anunțului de participare sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producător, la mărci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o producție/metoda specifica defabricație/ prestare/execuție, vor fi înțelese ca fiind însoțite de mențiunea ”sau echivalent”.
