ACORD CADRU PE 24 LUNI PENTRU SERVICII DE MENTENANTA PREVENTIVA SI CORECTIVA PENTRU ECHIPAMENTE MEDICALE STOMA( STERILIZATOARE MELAG, UNITURI DENTARE, STERILIZATOARE GETINGE, SIMULATOARE, ECHIPAMENTE TEHNICA DENTARA, COMPRESOARE ) AFLATE IN DOTAREA UNIVERSITATII DE MEDICINĂ ŞI FARMACIE „IULIU HAŢIEGANU” CLUJ - NAPOCA Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile (optsprezece zile). Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor IN VALOAREA OFERTEI NU VA FI INCLUSA VALOAREA PROVIZIONULUI ! Valoarea ofertei va fi stabilita raportata la cantitatile maxime estimate pentru fiecare lot si nu cuprinde si valoarea aferenta provizionului . Din suma de provizioane se vor achita PIESELE DE SCHIMB SI MATERIALE in situatia in care pe parcursul derularii acordului cadru vor fi necesare interventii/repartii/ piese de schimb. Preturile unitare pentru PIESELE DE SCHIMB / MATERIALE vor fi stabilite la momentul respectiv la pretul pietei pe baza de oferte de pret de la furnizori . Valoarea maxima prevazuta in fisa de date reprezinta valoarea estimata aferenta cantitatilor maxime la care se adauga valoarea provizionului. LOT 1-Sterilizatoare MELAG; LOT 2-UNITURI DENTARE; LOT 3 -STERILIZATOARE GETINGE; LOT 4- SIMULATOARE; LOT 5- ECHIPAMENTE TEHNICA DENTARA; LOT 6- COMPRESOARE
