Acord Cadru de Servicii de mentenanță, respectiv de întreținere și reparații-FULL SERVICE, APARAT COMPUTER TOMOGRAF Revolution Maxima Select conform caiet de sarcini atasat in SEAP Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, raspunsul consolidat va fi publicat in a 11 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă aplică procedura de licitație deschisă în regim accelerat, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 74 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, Servicii de mentenanță, respectiv de întreținere și reparații, APARAT COMPUTER TOMOGRAF Revolution Maxima Select a Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Calarasi “Dr Pompei Samarian” Perioada estimata min. acord-cadru (luni)-12luni - Valoare estimata min. acord-cadru - 321,600.00 lei fara tva Perioada estimata max. acord-cadru (luni)-48luni - Valoare estimata max. acord-cadru - 1,286,400.00 lei fara tva Perioada estimata min. contract subsecvent (luni)-1luni - Valoare estimata min. contract subsecvent - 26,800.00 lei fara tva Perioada estimata max. contract subsecvent (luni)-12 luni - Valoare estimata max. contract subsecvent - 321,600.00 lei fara tva Aceste valori se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini/anexe la caietul de sarcini Frecventa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente poate fi lunar, trimestrial, semestrial sau anual, in functie de fondurile bugetare alocate.
