Description

Obiectul achizitiei il reprezinta prestarea serviciului de proiectare documentaţii tehnico economice (DTE) pentru lucrările de investiţii din RED, inclusiv pentru cladirile tehnologice din RED, finantate din sursa proprie sau contributii financiare, precum si pentru lucrarile de extinderi retele si de racordare la RED (realizate pe tarif de racordare si din alte surse atrase) pentru instalatii de MT&JT. Conform Caietului de Sarcini, se vor presta servicii de proiectare constand in: - Elaborare DTE fazele: SS (studiu de solutie) pentru utilizatori tip consumator / producator, SA/SC (studii eliberare amplasament/coexistenta), SF (studiu de fezabilitate), PTE (proiect tehnic de executie). - Ridicari topografice, elaborare documentatii cadastrale, geotehnice, expertize tehnice; - Elaborare documentatii pentru obtinere avize/acorduri, documentatii tehnice pentru obtinerea autorizatiei de construire/desfiintare, documentatii pentru obtinerea dreptului de uz si servitute şi alte documentaţii impuse de legislatia în vigoare (studii de impact asupra mediului, studii de risc tehnic,documentatii tehnice pentru obtinerea autorizatiei AFER pentru subtraversarea CFR etc); - Obtinerea in numele DEO a Certificatului de Urbanism, a avizelor si acordurilor impuse prin Certificatul de urbanism si respectiv cele necesare executarii lucrarilor si/sau infintarii/modificarii RED, conform legislatiei in vigoare, a Autorizatiei de Construire/Desfiintare precum si a Autorizatiei AFER pentru subtraversarea cailor ferate; - Intocmirea documentatiei GIS in conformitate cu Metodologia DEO (Anexa 4- Metodologie pentru ridicarea topografica, conform precizari pe site DEO, la adresa https://www.distributieoltenia.ro/ro/informatii-utile/documente-tehnice.html) . Se va intocmi odata cu faza PTE si este inclusa in durata de executie a PTE. - Studii de fezabilitate pentru extinderi/electrificari, dezvoltatori in conformitate cu Ord 36/2019 si Ord. 59/2013. Volumul maxim estimat al lucrărilor de proiectare prevazut in Acordul Cadru valabil pentru o perioada de 36 de luni: 622 000 OPM (valoare care nu include si nr. de OPM pentru elaborare SS, SA/SC , studiile de fezabilitate pentru extinderi de retele) - numar maxim km ridicari topo -1500; - numar maxim SS consumator -150; - numar maxim SS producator (fara circulatie de puteri) -50; - numar maxim SS producator (cu circulatie de puteri) - 20 - numar maxim SA/SC -100; - numar maxim SF extinderi /dezvoltatori - 200; - numar maxim documentatii GIS - 250. Volumul maxim estimat de lucrari de proiectare (inclusiv SS, SA/SC studii de fezabilitate extinderi / dezvoltatori) ce poate fi solicitat simultan (suma de OPM-uri aferente fazelor de proiectare nereceptionate, cu exceptia contractelor intarziate din vina prestatorului) este de: 120.000 OPM, care poate fi suma a mai multor contracte subsecvente. Volumul minim estimat de lucrari de proiectare pe acord cadru este de: 300 OPM. Valoarea minima estimata a acordului cadru este de 9.000 lei. Volumul maxim estimat de lucrari de proiectare pe acord cadru este de: 847.500 OPM + 1500 km topo. Valoarea maxima estimata a unui acordului cadru este de 28.725.000 lei Volumul maxim estimat al unui contract subsecvent este de 40 000 OPM + 150 km topo. Valoarea maxima estimata a unui contract subsecvent este de 1.233.000 lei Volumul minim estimat al unui contract subsecvent este de 300 OPM. Valoarea minima estimata a unui contract subsecvent este de 9.000 lei. Frecventa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: saptamanal.
