Acord cadru de „Servicii de paza si protectie a obiectivelor SNGN Romgaz SA”, conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare, in a 11 - a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa. (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18. Lot 1 - Zona Transilvania- valoare estimata 80.491.768 lei - valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce ar putea fi atribuit: 21.000.000 lei; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta acordului cadru: 2.665.632 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta acordului cadru: 666.408 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 666.408 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 50.000 ore de prestare servicii; Frecventa contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite: anual; Lot 2 - Zona Moldova- valoare estimata 16.138.256 lei - valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce ar putea fi atribuit: 4.500.000 lei; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta acordului cadru: 534.448 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta acordului cadru: 133.612 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 133.612 ore de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 10.000 ore de prestare servicii; Frecventa contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite: anual; Lot 3 - Zona Muntenia-Oltenia- valoare estimata 37.174.705 lei - valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce ar putea fi atribuit: 9.500.000 lei; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta acordului cadru: 1.184.480 ore si 704.000 km de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta acordului cadru: 296.120 ore si 176.000 km de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata maxima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 296.120 ore si 176.000 km de prestare servicii; - cantitatea estimata minima aferenta unui contract subsecvent: 15.000 ore si 9000 km de prestare servicii; Frecventa contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite: anual
