Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. servicii de imprimare, copiere, scanare şi transmitere prin fax documente, care includ echipamente de tipărire în custodie, preluarea echipamentelor existente în cadrul instituției, consumabilele aferente numărului de pagini tipărite, serviciile de întreținere a fotocopiatoarelor necesare bunei funcționări a acestora, precum și întreținerea software-ului de print management si scanare
