Servicii de dezvoltare și implementare destinate Extinderii Sistemului Informatic Integrat actual și echipamentelor în cadrul proiectului „Digitalizarea activității Spitalului Militar de Urgență ”DR. ALEXANDRU GAFENCU” Constanța Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 25 Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor Servicii de dezvoltare și implementare destinate Extinderii Sistemului Informatic Integrat actual și echipamentelor în cadrul proiectului „Digitalizarea activității Spitalului Militar de Urgență ”DR. ALEXANDRU GAFENCU” Constanța (licente, servicii de analiza, proiectare, dezvoltare, migrare date, integrare, securitate, testare si instruire utilizatori + furnizarea de echipamente) în cantitățile și condițiile prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare.
