Description

In vederea asigurării circulației rutiere pe drumurile județene în condiții de siguranță în timpul iernii, este necesar a fi prestate o serie de servicii care să conducă la combaterea poleiului și înzăpezirii drumurilor județene, inclusiv realizarea unei informări prompte privind starea drumurilor, pentru participanții la trafic. Modul de prevenire și organizare a intervențiilor pentru combaterea poleiului și înzăpezirii drumurilor județene va respecta reglementarea tehnică „Normativ privind prevenirea și combaterea înzăpezirii drumurilor publice’' indicativ AND nr. 525 - 2013, aprobat prin Ordinul nr.2170 din 18.06.2013, emis de Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Administrației Publice, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României nr. 395 din 1 iulie 2013, precum și caietul de sarcini. Rețeaua de drumuri județene și încadrarea acestora pe niveluri de viabilitate și de intervenție pe timp de iarnă, pe care se vor presta serviciile de deszăpezire, este prezentată în Anexa la caietul de sarcini.
