Incheierea unui acord cadru pentru SERVICII DE CURATENIE SI DEZINFECTIE SPATII INTERIOARE suprafetele orizontale si verticale din incinta spitalului) conform caietului de sarcini, pentru o perioada de 36 de luni. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 19 zile. Termenul limita in care se va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitatea: Cantitate minima Acord Cadru pentru 36 luni: 669708 mp Cantitate maxima Acord Cadru pentru 36 luni: 803649.60 mp Cantitatea minima lunara (suprafata minima de curatat lunar): 18603 mp Cantitatea maxima lunara (suprafata maxima de curatat lunar): 22323.60 mp Cantitatile minime sunt estimate conform suprafetelor cuprinse in Anexa Suprafate parte integranta din caietul de sarcini, iar pentru cantitatea maxima s-a tinut seaman de posibile cresteri ale suprafetelor care pot rezulta inclusive din eventualele modificari ale reglementarilor privind numarul de prelucrari pe zi ale suprafetelor respective, motiv pentru care cantitatea maxima a fost stabilitae prin adaugarea unui procent de 20% la cantitatile din caietul de sarcini.
