Activitatea presupune servicii de întreţinere, igienizare și reparații a următoarelor structuri de mobilier stradal: bănci (mai puțin cele situate la locurile de joacă și cele date în administrare Serviciului Public Administrare Parcuri și Zone Verzi), coșuri de gunoi, mâna curentă scări, filigorie Parc Astra, filigorie zona Dioda, podeț Parc Bulevard, podeț Calea Dumbrăvii- spre Grădina Zoo și după caz, în funcție de necesitate a altor tipuri de mobilier aflate pe domeniul public al Municipiului Sibiu. Acestea se vor realiza cu respectarea normativelor în vigoare, pentru fiecare categorie de servicii/lucrări și cu respectarea corespunzătoare a prevederilor referitoare la protecția mediului și a muncii. Se vor presta serviciile conform specificațiilor din Caietul de sarcini. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 20 Autoritatea contractantă va transmite răspunsul la clarificări în a 11 (unsprezecea) zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Contract de prestări servicii având ca obiect: PRESTĂRI SERVICII ÎNTREȚINERE, IGIENIZARE ȘI REPARAȚII MOBILIER URBAN Se vor presta/executa serviciile și lucrările, conform specificațiilor din Caietul de sarcini. Durata contractului: 12 luni Termen de garanție: - 24 luni pentru materialele puse în operă (înlocuire lați, sudură, prelucrări de elemente metalice) - 9 luni pentru vopsitorii
