Achizitionarea serviciilor de curățenie si igenizare a spatiilor interioare si exterioare apartinand sediului Consiliului Județean Argeș, situat în Pitești, Piața Vasile Milea nr. 1. Durata totala estimata a acordului cadru este de 20 luni. Cantitatea/suprafața estimată maximă a acordului cadru este 1.524.969 mp (417 zile x 3657 mp/zi), pentru 20 luni. Cantitatea/suprafața minimă estimată a acordului cadru 1.354.833 mp (417 zile x 3249 mp/zi) , pentru 20 luni. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipează că va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: 645.094,80 lei fără TVA (suprafată maximă contract subsecvent 921.564 mp). Valoarea estimată a celui mai mic Contract subsecvent (fără TVA): 181.944,00 lei (suprafată minimă contract subsecvent 259.920 mp). Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
