Achizitia de ”Servicii de citiri contoare de energie electrica- Sucursala FOCSANI“ este necesara pentru respectarea reglementarilor privind citiriea grupurilor de masurare in vederea determinarii consumului clientilor finali; Operatorul de Distribuţie are obligatia de a citi indexele contoarelor de energie electrica la clientii finali, cu o frecventa de maxim 3 luni pentru consumatorii casnici si cu o frecventa de maxim 6 luni pentru consumatori non-casnici. Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri in a 11-a zi ȋnainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus. Pachet de ”Servicii de citiri contoare de energie electrica - Sucursala FOCSANI“, in cantitate totala de 924.440 citiri contoare de energie electrica (buc.), compus din urmatoarele servicii : - Citiri planificate la consumatori din mediul urban - pentru un volum estimat de 436.616 citiri (buc.) / 24 luni; - Citiri planificate la consumatori din mediul rural - pentru un volum estimat de 487.824 citiri (buc.) / 24 luni;
