Achiziția are ca scop prestarea serviciilor de catering pentru suport alimentar acordat in baza HG 1.171 din 30 decembrie 2025 privind instituirea Programului naţional "Masă sănătoasă" în anul 2026 pentru preșcolarii și elevii Liceului Teoretic „Gheorghe Lazăr” Avrig și Școlii Gimnaziale Avrig, jud Sibiu. Suportul alimentar constă în masă caldă, în regim catering, cf. art. 3, alin. (1), lit. b) din HG1171/2025, astfel: - Liceul Teoretic „Gheorghe Lazăr” Avrig cu structurile aferente, nr. max elevi 1302. - Școala Gimnazială Avrig cu structurile aferente, nr. max elevi 617. Se vor respecta specificațiile din caietul de sarcini și legislația în vigoare. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
