Obiectul contractului de achiziție publică îl constituie pregătirea, prepararea și livrarea zilnică a pachetului alimentar pentru elevii care frecventează învăţământul liceal zi şi profesional în cadrul Colegiului Tehnic “Edmond Nicolau”, Focşani, pe perioada desfăşurării activităţii didactice aferente anului calendaristic 2026. Scopul Programului Național „Masă sănătoasă", numit PNMS, este sprijinirea participării la educație a tuturor copiilor prin oferirea unei alimentații sănătoase care să susțină învățarea, prin crearea motivației pentru studiu, menținerea echilibrului socio-emoțional și întărirea stării de bine a elevului și adoptarea igienei muncii intelectuale la vârste si în contexte diferite. Având în vedere faptul că la Colegiului Tehnic “Edmond Nicolau”, Focsani, județul Vrancea nu exista în prezent cantină sau spatii amenajabile în scopul servirii mesei s-a optat ca suportul alimentar să fie un pachet alimentar. Contractul de achiziție se va derula pe perioada desfasurarii activitatii didactice aferente anului calendaristic 2026. Operatorul economic se obligă să asigure zilnic pregătirea, prepararea și livrarea pachetului alimentar pentru elevii care frecventează invatamantul liceal zi si profesional în cadrul Colegiului Tehnic “Edmond Nicolau”, Focsani, in perioada desfasurarii activitatii didactice aferente anului calendaristic 2026. Ofertanţii pot formula solicitări de clarificări până in a 18-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor (raspunsurile clare si complete ale tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare se vor atasa in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor). Nota: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit.
