Description

Se vor realiza servicii de supervizare a lucrărilor de execuție pentru obiectivul: „Dezvoltarea urbană a municipiului prin modernizarea infrastructurii transportului public cu tramvaiul, a bulevardului Siderurgiștilor, tronson 2 și a străzii Ștefan cel Mare” Proiectul este finanțat prin programul : Program Regional Sud-Est 2021-20027- PRSE 3.1/1.1/1/2023 Reducerea emisiilor de carbon în municipiile reședință de județ bazată pe planurile de mobilitate urbană durabilă. Valoarea estimata totală a contractului de servicii este: 445.437,00 lei fără TVA Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: - 30 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anunțul de participare pentru primul termen - 18 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anunțul de participare pentru al doilea termen In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 și art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet solicitărilor de clarificare/ informatților suplimentare in legatură cu documentația de atribuire in doua termene, după cum urmează: - primul termen în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la clarificări este - a 23 - a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor; - cel de-al doilea termen în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la clarificări este - a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anunțul de participare. Servicii de supervizare a lucrărilor de execuție pentru obiectivul: „Dezvoltarea urbană a municipiului prin modernizarea infrastructurii transportului public cu tramvaiul, a bulevardului Siderurgiștilor, tronson 2 și a străzii Ștefan cel Mare” Termenul de realizare al contractului: Execuție 24 luni + 60 luni garanția lucrărilor.
