Obiectul contractului il reprezinta prestarea serviciilor de Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului, Publicitate si Supervizarea Contractelor de Lucrari pentru ”Proiectul Regional de Dezvoltare a Infrastructurii de apa si apă uzată din Judeţul Bacău, in perioada 2014-2020” Lot 1 - Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului si Publicitate NOTA: - Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. - Termene-limită până la care entitatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţii suplimentare: in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Obiectul contractului Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului, Publicitate si Supervizarea Contractelor de Lucrari pentru ”Proiectul Regional de Dezvoltare a Infrastructurii de apa si apă uzată din Judeţul Bacău, in perioada 2014-2020” „Lot 1 - Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului si Publicitate“ il reprezinta prestarea urmatoarelor servicii: • A - Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului, incluzând: o A.1 Suport in managementul Proiectului o A.2 Actualizarea strategiei de management al namolului; o A.3 Actualizarea strategiei de management al apelor uzate industriale; o A.4. Dezvoltarea unui sistem modern de modelare hidraulica a sistemelor de alimentare cu apa si canalizare; o A.5. Dezvoltarea unui sistem modern de gestionare a detectarii pierderilor de apa si reducerii infiltratiilor din zona Proiectului; o A.6. Implementare si control managerial solutii SCADA o A.7. Extinderea sistemului GIS pentru sistemele de alimentare cu apa si canalizare in aria Proiectului; o A.8. Actualizarea Master Plan-ului județean; o A.9. Adoptarea planului de actiune pentru protectia surselor de apa o A.10 - Monitorizarea factorilor de mediu o A11 - Sprijin în aplicarea prevederilor Directivei revizuite privind apa potabilă (UE) 20.20/2184 o A.12 - Mentenanta operationala si managementul patrimoniului • B - Asigurarea Publicitatii Proiectului si informarea publicului Prestatorul va presta serviciile aferente contractului in conformitate cu cerintele impuse prin documentatia de atribuire. In Caietul de Sarcini sunt prezentate tipul activitatilor, specializarea si cantitatile minime necesare indeplinirii contractului.
