Entitatea contractantă intenționează să încheie un contract sectorial având ca obiect Servicii de asigurări voluntare de sănătate pentru angajații S.N.T.G.N. TRANSGAZ S.A. - numărul maxim de operatori economici care vor fi parte a acordului-cadru ce urmează să fie încheiat: 1; - frecvența de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: cate un contact la 12 luni. -valoarea minimă a acordului - cadru este 6.240.000 Euro -valoarea maximă a acordului - cadru este 6.944.000 Euro - valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1.736.000 Euro , pentru 4.340 angajați, respectiv: 4.340 angajați x 400 Euro = 1.736.000 Euro Data limită până la care operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, este a 15-a zi dinaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 173 Legea nr. 99/2016, modificată și completată de OUG 107/2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative cu impact în domeniul achizițiilor publice. Termenul-limită în care entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare conform prevederilor art. 172 alin. 2, coroborat cu art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/2016, modificată și completată de OUG 107/2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative cu impact în domeniul achizițiilor publice, este: a 11-a zi dinaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor. Servicii de asigurări voluntare de sănătate pentru angajații S.N.T.G.N. TRANSGAZ S.A. Cantitatea previzionată a se contracta in cazul contractului subsecvent: • Numărul minim de angajați asigurați pentru care se vor presta servicii de asigurare voluntara de sanatate este estimat la 3.900 persoane. • Numărul maxim de angajați asigurați pentru care se vor presta servicii de asigurare voluntara de sanatate este estimat la 4.340 persoane.
