Servicii de inchiriere de personal. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limita, respectiv 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Servicii de inchiriere de muncitori necalificati pentru amenajarea si intretinerea spatiilor verzi. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui contract subsecvent se regasesc in caietul de sarcini; Servicii de inchiriere de muncitori calificati (peisagist-floricultor) pentru amenajarea si intretinerea spatiilor verzi. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui contract subsecvent se regasesc in caietul de sarcini
