Achizitie de servicii conform caiet de sarcini si anexa 1 la caietul de sarcini anexat, respectiv, Servicii de analize medicale. Perioada de contractare - acord cadru pe 48 luni.Autoritatea contactanta îsi rezervă dreptul de a redimensiona cantitatea contractată conf art .221, alin.1, lit.e/ si alin.2 Legea 98/2016. Conform art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, termenul pentru raspuns la clarificari este in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile Acord cadru pe o perioada de 48 luni, avand ca obiect Servicii de analize medicale, conform caiet de sarcini si anexa 1 la caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimata fara TVA a Acordului cadru este cuprinsa intre 10.839.171,03 lei si 45.333.732,40 lei .Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in funtie de necesitatile si fondurile disponibile ale Autoritatii Contractante. Valorile minime si maxime ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent de prestari servicii sunt cuprinse intre 2.709.792,76 lei si 11.333.433,00 lei fara TVA.
