Description

Acord-cadru de servicii de incasare electronica a taxelor si impozitelor locale prin platforma Globalpay conform cerinţelor caietului de sarcini. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru este între 64.000 lei şi 10.140.000 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3, respectiv cu 10 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, în conformitate cu prev. art. 160 şi 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, atunci când procedura este Licitație deschisă online, cu incheierea unui acord cadru pe patru ani. Frecventa de încheiere a contractelor subsecvente este de minim 2 contracte subsecvent pe an, in limita necesitatilor Autoritatii Contractante si a fondurilor bugetare aprobate Valoarea maxima a contractului subsecvent este de 600.000lei fara TVA si valoarea minima estimata a contractului subsecvent este de 8.000 lei fara TVA. Acord-cadru de servicii de incasare electronica a taxelor si impozitelor locale prin platforma Globalpay -Directia Venituri a Primariei Municipiului Arad trebuie sa asigure posibilitatea achitarii impozitelor, taxelor locale si a altor venituri la bugetul local prin cat mai multe mijloace Valoarea minimă a acordului cadru fără TVA: 64.000lei Valoarea maximă a acordului cadru fără TVA: 10.140.000lei Valoarea minimă a contractului subsecvent fără TVA: 8.000lei Valoarea maximă a contractului subsecvent fără TVA: 600.000lei
