Description

Se urmareste incheierea cu promitenti furnizori specializati a 2 (doua) acorduri-cadru pe 24 (douazeci si patru) de luni, avand ca obiect "Separatoare" (fiecare acord-cadru cuprinzand echipamentele aferente unui lot din cadrul prezentei proceduri: Separatoare de medie tensiune (Lot nr. 1), respectiv Reclosere (Lot nr. 2)). Acordurile-cadru se vor incheia cu un singur promitent furnizor. Detalii tehnice si organizatorice legate de procedura se regasesc in prezenta Fisa de date, in Caietul de sarcini si alte documente ale achizitiei atasate prezentei! Nota: Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 12 (douasprezece) zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 (douazeci). Entitatea contractanta va raspunde DOAR la solicitarile de clarificari adresate pana la termenul-limita sus-mentionat! Se va incheia un acord-cadru pe 24 (douazeci si patru) luni cu un singur promitent furnizor avand ca obiect "Separatoare de medie tensiune"; Pentru nomenclatorul de repere si cantitati minime/maxime aferente acordului-cadru previzionate a se achizitiona consultati Anexa nr. 1 al Caietului de sarcini. Cerintele tehnice solicitate privind echipamentele care fac obiectul achizitiei le regasiti in Caietul de sarcini atasat prezentului anunt! Cerintele organizatorice legate de procedura de achizitie le regasiti in Fisa de date a achizitiei! Pentru clauzele si conditiile contractuale propuse de entitatea contractanta consultati modelele de acord-cadru respectiv contract subsecvent atasate prezentului anunt!; Se va incheia un acord-cadru pe 24 (douazeci si patru) luni cu un singur promitent furnizor avand ca obiect "Reclosere"; Pentru nomenclatorul de repere si cantitati minime/maxime aferente acordului-cadru previzionate a se achizitiona consultati Anexa nr. 1 al Caietului de sarcini.
