Description

Semnarea unui acord cadru sectorial de furnizare pentru o perioada de 24 luni pentru achizitia de „Salopetă electrician exploatare LEA -PA/Pt cu 2 perechi de pantaloni şi cu vestă” in conformitate cu precizarile din CS si FT. Potrivit motivatiilor exprimate in documentele intocmite de serviciul de specialitate, scpul achiziţiei de Echipament de protecție (salopetă electrician exploatare LEA -PA/PT cu pantaloni si vestă) este de eliminare si/sau diminuare a riscurilor de accidentare sau îmbolnăvire profesională, pentru asigurarea desfăşurării activităţii la locul de muncă în condiţii de securitate şi sănătate în muncă in cadrul DEER SA. Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi ȋnainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus. Semnarea unui acord cadru de produse pentru achizitia de „Salopetă electrician exploatare LEA -PA/Pt cu 2 perechi de pantaloni şi cu vestă” - in conformitate cu precizarile din CS si fisele tehnice aferente. Valoarea totala estimata a AC max. 3.474.800,00 lei fara TVA si max. 6.946.800,00 lei fara TVA cantitatea min. aferenta val. minime a AC este de 4.964 seturi iar cant. max. estimata a AC este de 9.924 seturi. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent nu va depasi: 3.474.800,00 lei fara TVA Calendar estimativ de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: se vor atribui in functie de necesitatile aparute. Primul contract subsecvent se va atribui dupa incheierea acordului cadru. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente estimat: min 2, max 4 la 6 luni; Numar minim si maxim de CS estimate a se incheia: min.2- max. 4
