Acord cadru de furnizare echipamente, subscriptii si servicii in vederea dezvoltarii pentru implementarea comunicatiilor redundante prin fibra optica si 4G pentru telecontrol, analizoare energie si concentratoare din posturile de alimentare, posturile de transformare de medie tensiune si elementele de telecontrol pe LEA MT. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi , inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 19 zile Routere, Module expansiune, Module SFP ,Patchcord , servicii suport. Achizitia acestor produse se face in vederea dezvoltarii pentru implementarea comunicatiilor redundante prin fibra optica si 4G pentru telecontrol, analizoare energie si concentratoare din posturile de alimentare, posturile de transformare de medie tensiune si elementele de telecontrol pe LEA MT.Din motive de compatibilitate 100% cu infrastructura de echipamente existente la punctele centrale SCADA, Disaster Recovery si in locatiile din statiile de transformare si posturi, compatibilitate cu sistemele centrale ale Security Operational Center, atat pentru realizarea de comunicatii securizate, dar si pentru un management centralizat, toate echipamentele de retea vor fi de tip Cisco. Cantităţile estimate minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru sunt prezentate in Anexa 1 ,din caetul de sarcini. Cantităţile estimate minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru sunt prezentate Anexa 1, din caietul de sarcini. Durata fiecarui contract subsecvent se estimeaza la cca 12 luni, dar se va stabili in functie de nevoile beneficiarului.
