Obiectul acordului cadru este de prestare de servicii de inchiriere de toalete automate racordabile . Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limita, respectiv 17 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Obiectul acordului cadru il constituie prestarea de servicii de inchiriere de toalete automate racordabile, inclusiv montarea acestora pe amplasamente si realizarea instalatiilor de alimentare cu energie electrica, cu apa si racordul la reteaua publica de canalizare. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui contract subsecvent sunt evidentiate in caietul de sarcini
