Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este: 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritate contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate pana la termenul limita stabilit. Reactivi de laborator în cantități, condiții de livrare și având caracteristici tehnice minime prevăzute în caietul de sarcini
