Description

Încheierea unui acord-cadru având ca obiect furnizare reactivi de imunologie cu punerea la dispoziție a analizorului automat. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste termenul limită in care operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificare, respectiv in care aceasta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare, dupa cum urmeaza: 1. Termenul până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de răspuns la clarificari a fost stabilit astfel încât operatorii economici să aibă o perioadă adecvată pentru analizarea documentaţiei de atribuire şi, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma răspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractanta. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise in format editabil, în SEAP, semnate cu semnătură electronică extinsă. Pentru a transmite o solicitare de clarificări Autorității Contractante Operatorul Economic interesat acționează butonul "Adauga solicitare" din secțiunea "SOLICITARI DE CLARIFICARE / INTREBARI" disponibila din detaliul procedurii. Autoritatea contractantă dorește încheierea unui Acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 48 de luni, pentru furnizarea de reactivi pentru teste de imunologie și a consumabilele de laborator necesare pentru efectuarea testelor de imunologie, conform cantităţilor menţionate în anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini, cu punerea la dispoziţie a unui analizor automat.
