„REACTIVI, MEDII DE CULTURĂ, MATERIALE ȘI CONSUMABILE DE LABORATOR” , 12 LOTURI Furnizorul va livra produsele la termenul din contract, in cantitatile solicitate de autoritatea contractanta si avand caracteristicile/specificatiile minime precizate in caietul de sarcini.In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11 a zi,inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor Furnizorul va livra produsele la termenul din contractul subsecvent, in cantitatile solicitate de Autoritatea cpntractanta si avand caracteristicile/specificatiile minime precizate in caietul de sarcini. Cantitata minima si maxima a acordului cadru cu durata de 36 luni este precizata in caietul de sarcini si in anexa atasata in SEAP, Cantitatea celui mai mic contract subsecvent si celului mai mare contract subsecvent este precizata in caietul de sarcini si in anexa atasata in SEAP,
