Achizitie REACTIVI DE LABORATOR 2 - 2025 cu punerea la dispozitie a analizorului necesar efectuarii determinarilor, prin inchiriere - acord cadru 4 ani. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor:20 Autoritatea contractanta stabileste un singur termen in care va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP AC si-a aloca o perioadă optimă, necesară elaborării în mod consolidat a răspunsului/răspunsurilor la solicitările de clarificări. Nivelul minim si maxim estimat al cantitatilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate prin acordul cadru si contractele subsecvente este prevazut in caietul de sarcini si este urmatorul: Determinari Limfocite CD3/CD4/CD8 - CS min/max: 1/625 ; AC min/max: 1/10000; Nivelul minim si maxim estimat al cantitatilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate prin acordul cadru si contractele subsecvente este prevazut in caietul de sarcini si este urmatorul: Viremie HIV(extractie, amplificare- detectie) - CS min/max: 1/375 ; AC min/max: 1/6000 Viremie HCV(extractie, amplificare- detectie) - CS min/max: 1/375 ; AC min/max: 1/6000 Viremie HBV(extractie, amplificare- detectie) - CS min/max: 1/375 ; AC min/max: 1/6000 Detectia S. Aureus/MRSA in lichide biologice - CS min/max: 1/10 ; AC min/max: 1/20 Determinare influenza A si influenza B si RSV - CS min/max: 1/10 ; AC min/max: 1/20 Detectie C. Difficile (gena tcdB, cdtA, tcd del) - CS min/max: 1/10 ; AC min/max: 1/20 Detectia si diferentierea rezistentei la Carbapeneme la gram negative - CS min/max: 1/10 ; AC min/max: 1/20; Nivelul minim si maxim estimat al cantitatilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate prin acordul cadru si contractele subsecvente este prevazut in caietul de sarcini si este urmatorul: Electroforeza proteinelor serice - CS min/max: 150/750 ; AC min/max: 2400/12000
