Achizitie PACHET DE REACTIVI ȘI MATERIALE SANITARE PENTRU BIOCHIMIE ȘI IMUNOLOGIE PENTRU LABORATOR CU PUNERE LA DISPOZIȚIE DE APARAT, care sa indelineasca cerintele din Caietul de Sarcini nr. A 8793/23.10.2024 format din urmatoarele repere : -REACTIVI PENTRU BIOCHIMIE ȘI IMUNOLOGIE PENTRU LABORATOR CU PUNERE LA DISPOZIȚIE DE APARAT: 67 de produse ; -MATERIALE SANITARE: 9 produse Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 21 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare, în a 12 a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, pentru clarificările solicitate cu 21 zile înaintea termenului limită de depunere a ofertelor.
Achizitie PACHET DE REACTIVI ȘI MATERIALE SANITARE PENTRU BIOCHIMIE ȘI IMUNOLOGIE PENTRU LABORATOR CU PUNERE LA DISPOZIȚIE DE APARAT, care sa indelineasca cerintele din Caietul de Sarcini nr. A 8793/23.10.2024, format din urmatoarele repere : -REACTIVI PENTRU BIOCHIMIE ȘI IMUNOLOGIE PENTRU LABORATOR CU PUNERE LA DISPOZIȚIE DE APARAT: 67 de produse ; -MATERIALE SANITARE: 9 produse Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipează că va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: minim 167 103,00 lei fara TVA - maxim 654 495,00 lei fara TVA. Se estimeaza ca se vor incheia 4 contracte subsecvente, astfel: - 1 contract subsecvent ianuarie 2025 - aprilie 2025; - Al 2 lea contract subsecvent mai 2025 - decembrie 2025; - Al 3 lea contract subsecvent ianuarie 2026 - aprilie 2026; - Al 4 lea contract subsecvent mai 2026 - decembrie 2026. Datele propuse în calendarul estimativ reprezintă intenția autorității/entității contractante, nu un angajament ferm din partea autorității/entității contractante cu privire la atribuirea contractelor subsecvente, pornind de la ipoteza de lucru că nu vor apărea evenimente/circumstanțe imprevizibile care nu au putut fi luate în considerare la momentul inițierii procedurii de atribuire, respectiv vor fi asigurate și resursele financiare necesare.
