Description

Obiectivul general al acordului cadru îl constituie furnizarea de produse alimentare pentru beneficiarii Centrelor din subordinea Direcției Generale de Asistență Socială și Protecția Copilului Brașov. Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificări privind documentatia de atribuire cu cel tarziu 6 zile inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă in SEAP. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cel tarziu in a 3-a zi inainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitătile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, pentru fiecare lot în parte, respectiv pentru contractele subsecvente, sunt prezentate in Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea de 45.958,32 lei reprezintă valoarea minimă estimată pentru acordul cadru, iar valoarea de 1.101.561,80 lei reprezintă valoarea maximă estimată pentru acordul cadru.; Cantitătile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, pentru fiecare lot în parte, respectiv pentru contractele subsecvente, sunt prezentate in Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea de 115.569,71 lei reprezintă valoarea minimă estimată pentru acordul cadru, iar valoarea de 2.770.808,27 lei reprezintă valoarea maximă estimată pentru acordul cadru
