Acord -cadru pentru Furnizarea de Produse farmaceutice eliberate pe baza de prescriptie medicala, gratuite, compensate, necesare pentru asigurarea sanatatii beneficiarilor insitutionalizati in cadrul subunitatilor raspandite pe raza judetului Botosani, aflate în subordinea DGASPC Botosani. se vor incheia două contracte subsecvente, la un interval de 12(douăsprezece) luni, cu reluarea competitiei în SEAP pentru încheierea contractelor subsecvente aferente perioadei estimate - 01.10.2025-30.09.2027, Medicamente necesare asigurării de tratament corespunzător pentru diferite afecțiuni ale beneficiarilor institutionalizati în cadrul centrelor aflate în subordinea DGASPC Botosani , care sunt persoane adulte cu dizabilități, copii cu sau fără dizabilități și pentru care se impune achizitionarea de medicamente compensate/necompensate/gratuite de la un operator economic autorizat , pentru o perioada de 2 ani de zile (OCTOMBRIE 2025 - SEPTEMBRIE 2027) conform pct. 3.1. DESCRIEREA PRODUSELOR SOLICITATE ȘI ESTIMARE CANTITATIV VALORICA ACORD -CADRU , CONTRACT SUBSECVENT 1 SI CONTRACT SUBSECVENT 2 din cadrul caietului de sarcini.
