- Acordul-cadru are ca obiect incheierea de contracte subsecvente pentru achizitionarea de Medicamente (2026-2028) cu descrierea si in cantitatile prevazute in caietul de sarcini. - Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor Acordul-cadru are ca si obiect incheierea de contracte subsecvente pentru achizitionarea de „Medicamente”. Descrierile si Cantitatile minime si maxime care fac obiectul acordului cadru sunt prezentate in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent precum si valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se estimeaza ca va fi incheiat se regasesc detaliate in caietul de sarcini Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui lunar sau trimestrial, in functie de buget si de necesitatile spitalului Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui fara reluarea competitiei intre operatorii economici. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente pentru operatorii economici clasati pe locurile 2 si 3. In cazul in care ofertantul clasat pe locul 1, declara ca nu are capacitatea de a onora contractul subsecvent, autoritatea contractanta va atribui contractul subsecvent urmatorului operator economic locul 2. Atribuirea contractului subsecvent opratorului clasat pe locul 3 se va produce in cazul in care locul 1 si 2 declara ca nu au capacitatea de a onora contractul subsecvent.
