Description

Achiziție produse farmaceutice si suplimente farmaceutice/alimentare, procedura împărțita in 4 loturi Acordul cadru se va încheia pentru o perioada de 24 de luni cu maxim 3 (trei) operatori economici clasați în ordinea prețului ofertat, în cazul în care exista trei operatori economici declarați admiși (îndeplinesc condițiile solicitate conform documentației de atribuire). În cazul în care nu sunt minim trei operatori economici, acordul cadru se va încheia cu toți operatorii economici calificați. In cadrul formularului de propunere AC autoritatea a prevăzut Cantitate maxima AC/Cantitate MINIMA AC/, precum si Cantitate maxima CS (8 luni)/Cantitate minima CS (1 luna) Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Cantitate maxima acord cadru/Cantitate minima acord cadru/ Cantitate maxima contract subsecvent/ Cantitate minima contract subsecvent / conform cantitatilor ce se regasesc in anexele Caietului de sarcini, aferente fiecărui lot si a propunerii de acord cadru.
