Description

Achiziția are ca obiect achiziționarea unor materiale pentru ecranarea radiațiilor ionizante, în vederea configurării ecranelor de radioprotecție necesare pentru crearea unor condiții sigure de lucru din punct de vedere al expunerii la radiații ionizante. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare adresate de către operatorii economici, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achiziționarea de materiale de ecranare din polietilena.
