Description

Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este achiziționarea serviciilor de proiectare si a lucrarilor de executie privind extinderea instalatiei criogenice cu azot lichid, necesara optimizarii transportului azotului lichid catre ariile experimentale ale ELI-NP, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini si documentelor conexe. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu până la 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare adresate de către operatorii economici, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
