Description

Autoritatea contractanta DGAS Constanta va încheia acordul cadru pentru furnizarea de “ Achizitia de produse de cofetarie si patiserie“ pentru o perioada de 24 de luni, cu maxim 2 operatori economici. Acordul cadru si contractele subsecvente ce urmează a fi atribuite au ca obiect furnizare de produse de cofetarie si patiserie prin care se vor asigura produse alimentare finite in vederea asigurarii necesarului pentru beneficiarii serviciilor sociale aflate in subordinea autoritatii contractante. Autoritatea contractantă va atribui un acord cadru cu o durata de 24 luni de la data semnarii. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificari înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și concret tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare în a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Produse de cofetarie si patiserie ; caracteristicile sunt specificate în caietul de sarcini, iar Cantitatile necesare sunt cele specificate in Anexa 1 la caietul de sarcini.
