Description

Baza de Aprovizionare, Gospodarire si Reparatii, va încheia acorduri-cadru pentru fiecare lot pentru o perioada de 24 luni, cu un singur operator economic, iar atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza de către unitățile penitenciare beneficiare. Contractele subsecvente pot fi încheiate simultan cu operatorii economici semnatari ai acordurilor cadru pentru produsele „articole de igiena individuala”, (loturile) câștigate, in funcție de necesități. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile.
