Description

Acord-cadru de furnizare produse de curatat si lustruit necesare pentru beneficiarii institutionalizati din centrele rezidentiale din structura autoritatii contractante DGASPC Sibiu, conform caietului de sarcini. Valoarea Acordului-Cadru include si transportul produselor la centrele din structura autoritatii contractante DGASPC Sibiu. Estimarea cantitatilor minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru si a celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc la nivelul documentatiei de atribuire (centralizator cantitati anexa la caietul de sarcini). Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile, iar autoritatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar și complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, astfel încadrându-ne în art.160 alin.(1) si (2) coroborat cu art.161 din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Obiectul contractului subsecvent il reprezinta furnizarea produselor de curatat si lustruit pentru beneficiarii centrelor rezidentiale aflate in structura DGASPC Sibiu.
