Servicii de asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului si actualizare documentatie economica aferente obiectivului de investitii: “ REABILITAREA FUNCTIONALA A PIETEI REVOLUTIEI, MUNICIPIUL SLOBOZIA” Autoritatea Contractanta intentioneaza ca finalizarea investitiei sa se realizeze in etape, respectiv: - etapa I consta in asigurarea functionalitatii parcarii subterane : respectiv lucrari privind accesul in parcarea subterana, instalatii sanitare, electrice si HVAC; - etapa a - II - a: amenajarea zona de Nord; - etapa a - III - a: amenajare zona de Sud; - etapa a - IV - a: drumuri. Ordinea derularii activitatilor in cadrul contractului trebuie să fie următoarea: • Etapa 1 - actualizare documentatie economica ( proiect tehnic, deviz general al investitiei: pe obiectiv, devize generale pe obiecte); • Etapa 2 - Asistența tehnică a Proiectantului pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor (conform programului de control pe șantier, acolo unde prezența proiectantului este obligatorie și la solicitarea Contractantului sau a Autorității Contractante) si pana la semnarea procesului verbal de receptie finala .
