PAINE CONFORM CAIETULUI DE SARCINI Autoritatea contractanta raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18 zile Contractul va avea valabilitate până la data de 31.12.2026, cu posibilitate de prelungire prin act adițional, până la nivelul maxim prevăzut în necesar, până la data de 30.04.2027, conform prevederilor art. 165 din HG395/2016. Valoarea minimă prevăzută reprezintă valoarea estimată a prezentei proceduri, în funcție de care se vor elabora și evalua ofertele, iar valoarea maximă prevăzută reprezintă valoarea posibilelor suplimentări până la nivelul maxim și pentru care se pot încheia acte adiționale,în funcție de necesitățile și fondurile disponibile, până la data de 30.04.2027, conform art 165 din HG 395/2016. Pâine albă cu amelioratori (bucăți 500g) conform caietului de sarcini Cantitate pana la 31.12.2026 -8000 kg Cantitate pana la 30.04.2027-12 000 kg
