Description

Sistem de securitate cibernetică în cadrul proiectului „Sistem de alertă timpurie -SAT (Early warning system)“ în cadrul Planului Național de Redresare și Reziliență, Componenta 7 - Transformare digitală, investiția 8 - Cartea de identitate electronică și semnătura digitală calificată, jalon 174 - Punerea în aplicare a măsurilor de sprijin pentru implementarea cărții de identitate electronice. Obiectivul investiției propuse de către DGPI vizează asigurarea unui nivel ridicat de încredere și siguranță pentru creșterea atractivității utilizării CEI și accesării serviciilor electronice publice. Pentru obținerea acestui rezultat DGPI va asigura extinderea sistemului de securitate și apărare cibernetică al MAI prin dezvoltarea unor capacități tehnice de detecție, monitorizare și analiză a evenimentelor de securitate, interoperabile cu Centrul Operațional de Securitate Cibernetică al MAI (CERT-INT) în vederea corelării alertelor cu amenințările cibernetice și optimizarea acțiunilor de anticipare, prevenție și răspuns imediat în cazul apariției unor incidente cibernetice. Se vor achizitiona Sisteme de securitate cibernetică - 4 cpl, în valoare estimată de 9.522.254,00 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare până în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, pentru clarificările primite cu cel puțin 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Sisteme de securitate cibernetică - 4 cpl, în valoare estimată de 9.522.254,00 lei fără TVA în cadrul proiectului „Sistem de alertă timpurie -SAT (Early warning system)“ în cadrul Planului Național de Redresare și Reziliență, Componenta 7 - Transformare digitală, investiția 8 - Cartea de identitate electronică și semnătura digitală calificată, jalon 174 - Punerea în aplicare a măsurilor de sprijin pentru implementarea cărții de identitate electronice. Facem precizarea că paragraful din capitolul 3.4.1 din Caietul de sarcini ”Specificațiile tehnice și cerințele funcționale minime ale componentelor aferente Sistemului de securitate cibernetică sunt prevăzute în Anexele 1-3.” se va citi ”Specificațiile tehnice și cerințele funcționale minime ale componentelor aferente Sistemelor de securitate cibernetică sunt prevăzute în Anexele 1-4.”
