Furnizare echipamente hardware si software necesare implementari Sistemului Informatic Integrat în cadrul proiectului „Modernizarea sistemelor informatice și infrastructurii digitale în Spitalul Clinic de Urgență Floreasca București” în condițiile și cantitățile prevăzute în cadrul Caietului de sarcini, parte a documentației de atribuire. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 25 Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. (natura si cantitatea lucrarilor, produselor sau serviciilor sau o mentiune privind nevoile si cerintele) Furnizare echipamente hardware si software necesare implementari Sistemului Informatic Integrat în cadrul proiectului „Modernizarea sistemelor informatice și infrastructurii digitale în Spitalul Clinic de Urgență Floreasca București” în condițiile și cantitățile prevăzute în cadrul Caietului de sarcini, parte a documentației de atribuire. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 25 zile.
